Carpoxylon (Carpoxylon macrospermum)

Carpoxylon is native to the Pacific islands and grows happily in subtropical regions of Australia. Requires some protection from sun when young but grows into a full sun tolerant feature style palm. Requires moderate amounts of moisture and is a highly underated and underused species of palm.
