Seven Hills
Conditions Overgrown lawn, weeds, existing species salvaged, bare ground, builder's waste, turfing required
Brief

The client had very specific requirements for this newly renovated home in Seven Hills, Brisbane. Low-maintenance species, new turf, a major clean-up of the upper backyard, and ongoing maintenance due to the client's busy lifestyle.

Stage 1 involved a significant amount of demolition, pruning and levels rectification. The team had to tame the backyard’s overgrown lawn, weeds, trees and agaves (which were reused in the pool garden).

Stage 2 saw the team installing low maintenance species like Philodendron xanadu, Liriope muscarii, and Agave attenuata, along with new street trees, fresh turf, and Murraya to suit the existing hedges. Tropiscapes also designed & installed a custom irrigation system front and back.

We provided ongoing garden & lawn maintenance for a six month period after installation to ensure successful establishment and future success of all of our work.
